Terms and Conditions – JiliMVP Online Gaming Philippines

Welcome to jilimvp. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and jilimvp ("jilimvp", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilimvp.best.

To open and use a jilimvp account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jilimvp strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming platforms of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law.

• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy player for any third party.

• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account closed by jilimvp for breach of these Terms.

jilimvp reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements. Any winnings accrued by ineligible players may be voided and any deposits refunded at our sole discretion.

One account per player. Each person is permitted to hold one jilimvp account only. Creating multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details – is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of all balances.

Accurate information required. When registering, you must provide truthful, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. jilimvp uses this information to process payments and conduct identity verification. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilimvp username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. jilimvp will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where we are not at fault. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact jilimvp support at support@jilimvp.best immediately.

Account verification (KYC). jilimvp may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or if we have reasonable grounds to question the accuracy of your registered details. Documents typically requested include a government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of payment method ownership. We will notify you promptly if verification is required.

jilimvp accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted in Philippine Pesos (₱). jilimvp does not accept foreign currency deposits.
• Processing time: GCash, Maya, and e-wallet deposits reflect in your jilimvp wallet instantly or within a few seconds. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 1 hour depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Deposit source: All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposit fees: jilimvp does not charge fees for deposits. Your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are outside jilimvp's control.

jilimvp reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if we have reason to believe it originates from fraudulent activity, an unverified source, or violates applicable financial regulations.

Withdrawals can be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Verified accounts only: jilimvp may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method in your own name. This is a fraud prevention measure and cannot be waived.
• Processing time: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. InstaPay/PESONet transfers may take up to several hours depending on your bank.
• Withdrawal fees: jilimvp does not charge fees for standard GCash and Maya withdrawals. Bank-specific fees, if any, are beyond our control.
• Bonus wagering: If you have an active bonus with a wagering requirement, you must complete the requirement before withdrawing. See Section 6 for bonus rules.

jilimvp reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. We may request documentation to confirm the source of funds. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification is incomplete.

jilimvp periodically offers bonuses, cashback promotions, reload offers, and special event incentives. All promotions are subject to individual bonus terms which are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on jilimvp:

• Bonuses are available to eligible jilimvp players only, as defined by the specific promotion terms.
• Each player may claim a specific bonus only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds – after the wagering requirement is met – may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino and table game bets may contribute at a lower percentage than slot or bingo bets. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• jilimvp reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it has reason to believe the bonus was claimed through fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms.
• Promotions may be withdrawn or modified by jilimvp at any time. Where a promotion has already been claimed in good faith, existing wagering commitments will be honoured.

All bets placed on jilimvp are subject to the specific rules of each game or sports market. General rules that apply across the platform include:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the jilimvp system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed are not valid and no liability is accepted.
• Insufficient funds: Bets cannot be placed if your jilimvp wallet does not contain sufficient cleared funds. jilimvp will not extend credit under any circumstances.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a system error, game malfunction, or clearly incorrect odds being published, jilimvp reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings from obvious pricing errors will not be paid.
• Sabong: For online sabong, bets are accepted until the betting window closes before each fight. Once the fight begins, no further bets are accepted. In the event of a cancelled fight, all stakes on that fight are refunded.
• Sports betting: Results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body. jilimvp reserves the right to void bets on events where the result cannot be verified from an official source.
• Live betting: Live in-play bet acceptance is subject to connection quality and real-time odds availability. jilimvp is not responsible for bets that cannot be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Maximum winnings: jilimvp may apply a maximum payout limit per event, per day, or per game type. Where applicable, these limits are displayed in the game or betting interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilimvp. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one jilimvp account.
• Using false, incomplete, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for money laundering or any other illegal financial purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with jilimvp games or the betting system without prior written authorisation.
• Coordinating with other players to fix match outcomes or game results (collusion).
• Accessing jilimvp from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating any other person to use your jilimvp account.

By you: You may close your jilimvp account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jilimvp.best. Before closure, any verified balance remaining in your wallet will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

By jilimvp: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel us to close your account.
• You have engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards jilimvp staff or other players.

In cases of closure due to Terms violation, jilimvp reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account. Where closure is for reasons outside your control, we will return your verified balance after completing any required investigation.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of jilimvp, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

jilimvp reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification.
